What's covered: defects in the movement, case, dial, or crystal — anything traceable to materials or manufacture.

What's not covered: damage from accident, misuse, water exposure beyond the rated resistance, unauthorised service, or expected wear of the strap, plating, or buckle over time.

To make a claim: contact our support team with your order number and a brief description (a photo helps). We'll arrange repair or replacement at no cost where covered.

Water resistant to 50m (5 Bar) — withstands splashes and rain. Not suitable for swimming or showering.

Care: Wipe the case, glass, and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners. Rinse the bracelet with warm water occasionally and dry thoroughly. Store in the original case. Service every 3–5 years.
