Yes. Every piece is 316L surgical grade stainless steel, the same grade used in medical tools. The gold pieces are 18K Gold with a Stainless Steel Core. They are not solid gold and we do not sell a solid gold version.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Green marks come from copper and brass reacting with skin. The bare steel pieces have neither, so they will not mark you.
Will it tarnish or fade?
No. It is waterproof and made to keep its color through the shower, the gym and daily wear.
