Warranty
Every 887Seven piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and premature wear under normal use, valid from the date of purchase. If a piece wears down or breaks in a way it should not under everyday wear, we will replace it.
What is covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship
- Clasps, links, or fittings that fail under normal wear
- Finish or plating that wears prematurely under normal everyday use
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or drops
- Deterioration from extreme or prolonged exposure, for example daily sun and saltwater
- Normal wear, scratches, and signs of age over time
- Loss or theft
- Items not purchased directly from 887Seven
How to make a claim
Email Support@887Seven.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the fault is covered, we will replace the piece. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them.
