Lifetime Warranty
Every 887Seven piece is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as you own it. If a piece fails through a fault in how it was made, we will repair or replace it.
What is covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship
- Clasps, links, or fittings that fail under normal wear
- Plating or finish defects present from manufacture
What is not covered
- Normal wear, tarnishing, fading, or dulling of the plating over time with everyday use
- Scratches and signs of age
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or drops
- Damage from water or chemicals beyond the piece's rated resistance, for example prolonged saltwater or daily sun exposure
- Loss or theft
- Items not purchased directly from 887Seven
How to make a claim
Email Support@887Seven.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the piece. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Proof of purchase is required.
Changed your mind?
The warranty covers faults. If a piece simply is not right for you, our 100-day returns have you covered: send it back within 100 days for a full refund. Pieces must be unworn and in their original condition, with all parts complete and the original packaging intact.
Change of mind returns are resolved at our discretion, as a refund, an exchange, or store credit.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit them.
