Refund policy

At 887Seven, we make everyday pieces designed to last. We understand that sometimes a piece may not meet your needs or expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn and in its original condition, with all parts complete, and the original packaging intact and in good condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@887seven.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return, or how we can improve our pieces.

Costs & Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and do not qualify as valid reasons for a return.

Inspection

All returns are carefully inspected on receipt and you will be notified of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different variant or finish, please submit your request within 100 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. Once the return is inspected and approved, store credit will be issued by email to place a new order. Direct item-for-item exchanges are not offered.

Return Denial

887Seven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. Items returned outside the 100-day return period may also be denied. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our customer service team will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong finish or variant, please contact our support team to report the issue. To help us resolve it quickly, please include a photo of the piece and its packaging. We cover the return shipping, and you choose a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Lifetime Warranty

Every 887Seven piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults. If a clasp, a link, or the finish fails because of how it was made, we repair or replace it. Full details are on our Lifetime Warranty page.

Order Cancellation

After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we cannot always guarantee that an order can be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been dispatched.
