Is this solid gold?

No, and it does not pretend to be. It is 18K gold with a solid 316L stainless steel core. Solid gold at this weight would cost many times more.

Will it turn my skin green?

There is no copper and no brass in any piece, and copper is the metal that reacts with sweat and leaves a green mark.

Can I shower and train in it?

Yes. Every piece is waterproof and tarnish resistant. Water and sweat are what push a brass core to show through its plating, and there is no brass here.

What happens if the plating wears?

Underneath is polished 316L steel, the same steel the Silver colorway is made from. If plating ever thins at a contact point, what shows is steel.
