Yes. Every piece is 316L surgical grade stainless steel, the same grade used in medical tools. The gold pieces are that same steel with 18K gold plated onto the surface. They are not solid gold and we do not sell a solid gold version.
Will it turn my skin green?

Will it tarnish or fade?
