FAQs
Can I wear it with my watch?
Yes, and most men do. Simplest version is watch on one wrist, the piece on the other. If you want both on the same wrist, sit the piece on the hand side so the two are not working against each other all day. Ours is 316L steel, the same grade used in watch cases.
Will it look like I'm trying too hard?
That depends on how much of it you wear. One piece, sized properly, showing when you move, reads the way a good watch reads. Nobody has ever accused a man of trying too hard for owning a watch. A stack up the forearm is a different decision, and not the one we sell. We make one material, and we sell one piece at a time.
Am I too old for this?
The opposite. On a twenty-four year old a steel cuff is a look he is auditioning. On a man with some road behind him it reads as something he has had a while and does not explain to anybody. That is the version worth owning.
Is it solid gold?
No. It is real 18K gold with a solid steel core, bonded the same way premium watch cases are. Solid gold at this weight runs many times the price and is soft enough to bend out of shape. Steel holds its shape. That is why we build it this way.
What if I wear it twice and it ends up in a drawer?
Fair thing to ask before you spend the money. Most things end up in a drawer because they have to come off, for the shower, the gym, the pool, the sink. This does not. It is waterproof, and there is no routine that takes it off.
